Hi

I was just wondering is it possible to customize car outside of career mode just for use in single and 2 player games. I no you could do this in previous versions but in this one I dont see the customization option in the menu. I am able to customize cars that I buy in career mode but is there any way to do it outside of career mode to customize any stock car for free?
