Greetings all.... subject states I have been having trouble backing up the first Madagascar dvd--comes on DL DVD. Have DV Shrink 3.2. Running Windows Vista Home Premium, 3GB RAM, Dual Core 2.0GB Processor, 250GB HD.
I go through all files, deleting what I know I can get rid of. Then compress everything. Then, begin backing up, with video preview running. Green bar in this mode gets to near the right edge of the 'box' where you watch video --seems to be finished and apears to have stopped the backup process. The DVD drive still seems to be doing something. I attmpt to close program, this fails... attempt again and get eror message 'this program has stopped working'. Re-start the PC and folder containing back up shows a 1.6GB ISO file, but when go to burn, says I'm 450MB over limit... Can anyone help me with completing/finishing this process? Its very frustrating and hoping the experts here can help me out on this. Am using Roxio to attempt to burn the ISO file to DVD. I HAVE been successful at 'backing up' other DVDs.
