Hey gang,

Ok...I have been reading the boards for a while here and at Xbox Scene regarding swapping your harddrive.

I have a 120GB WD BEVS drive to swap for the 20GB.

I'm already having problems...I am running Vista...and decided to burn a CD with the HDDHACKR and HDDBINS for a 120GB drive and the WIN98 startup for a bootable disk.

Now when I restart my computer and run program...it doesn't detect the HDD right away...but detects it during the Legacy stage.

Everything looks good...but when I try to run HDDHACKR it seems to run fine...but all the data is written to a ZIP drive.

I can't change directories to the WD HDD?

What am I doing wrong?

if you read the instructions for hddhackr ... it clearly states that the xbox 360 HD should be the only SATA device hooked up in your system...

so you should disconnect everything that is hooked up, such as the zip drive or whatever else you have in there...
