Ok i bought this flip top like a year ago and it work fine until yesterday my ps2 didn't spin at all i was like o curd :( i thinking either its the flip lid or the laser len?

Can somebody tell me whats the problem?

FYI My ps2 is a slime v12 if your wandering!

Your question is a little vague, please be more specific.
Like:
Does the ps2 have power?
Does the lid completly close?
Is the unit modded?
Is the game original or backup?

FYI My ps2 is a slime v12 if your wandering!
Well the V12 is very well known for the laser to go due to the coil burnout on the laser.

So could very well be it is gone and the worm gear/motor if the laser is not moving at all.

You may have to replace the whole laser deck.

well i did attend to play so that mite be it and sorry i wasn't to detail but my ps2 has swap magic flip top and it comes off so u think that it too?
