nxe sound problem

since I updated to the NXE on my new elite, I have no sound from the console when hooked up to hdmi.

I can get it working by taking off the hdd then turning on the console, waiting till the dash loads then reconnect the hdd, and voila, I have sound from hdmi, but its gone once I turn the console off and have to do this procedure every time i turn it on. anyone else have this problem?

EVERYONE with the same setup as you has this problem. m$ has it listed as a known problem.

I don't have this problem, maybe it's because my Elite is new, manufactured Aug 08.
