How do I convert a video clip taken from my digital camera to be able to upload it to windows movie maker. it is a mov file at the moment. Please help.

There are free applications that will convert to a format recognized by WMM. Try Any-Video_Converter and convert the MOV to an AVI, mpeg or WMV.
