hi guys, just joined.
good looking site you have here with loads of people willing to help.

i wanted to search the forums but couldnt find search, so please excuse me if this has been asked before...

my pc got a virus the other week and i had to reboot it.

before reboot my computer had no problems letting me into my psp memorystick, but now when i try to access the memorystick i get this message,

windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item

can anyone please help?
im thinking maybe i need some file i had before ( no clue what it is)

my psp wasnt connected to the computer when the computer died.

I just got the same problem. Mom got a so called "Certified M$ Tech" to try an fix something over the internet. he ended up doing more harm than good, accidentally deleting over 3000 songs an come to find out My Psp gives this error, now that i want to put more EBOOTs on it :)
