Do a m3 like thing for PSP exist? Like the m3 for DS,
I'm looking for something that can download PSP games and play them on the PSP.

You install custom firmware to the PSP. There is no hardware needed.

I would suggest using this forum to read up on the PSP mod scene. Then when you get a handle on things go HERE and follow the guide to install CFW to your PSP which will let you play games off your PSP Memory Stick.

What firmware is your psp on, way to check is by going to settings, then system settings, then system information, which the firmware should be on the top line after the system software writing.

Depending on firmware your on, you might not even need to create a pandoras battery to downgrde your psp then upgrading to something like 3.90 m33-3 so you can play games an watch movies on the memory stick.

my firmware is 3.95. I was wondering... Do I even need an action replay for my PSP or could I just download a new... firmware?

I already gave you a link in my previous post that walks you through the steps. Pandora Battery + Magic memory Stick is your only option.
