i installed the HBC 9. and when using waninkoko's rev3 and downgrader, I cant load either one. I see them on the sd card and try to install and they fail everytime. I've tried 20 diferrent sites to dwnld these files and get the same results please help . Im running 3.3u and the wiikey clipv3. I'm not positive the clip is working cause I cant load any dwnld games. I think I need to downgrade the firmware to 3.2u but I can't get it right.

Update your Wiikey's firmware with the update disc (google it or check out this forums ultimate sticky). If you can't load the update disc, then your wiikey isn't working.

If you can update, then do so, and then try to downgrade.
I believe you need a Custom IOS to downgrade your firmware with Waninkoko's tool, though I might be wrong.

I've narrowed the problem down to the network. I have dwnld the same files from multiple sites and ran all of them some work and some don't. I managed to get the WAD manager 1.3 and the wiigator backup launcher. HBC9. Everytime I try to run the cios_fix file through the cios16 it fails trying to initialize network. I'm on 3.3 and system is online and connect24 is on. Thanks for the reply.
