Heard about "memory card manager"?

I heard that there's some kind of cw cheat memory card manager (I looked it up on cwcheat site but I want memory card, not cheat device) that helps with converted PSX games, it allows a save file to be transferred from PSP to PC and played via ePSXe.

Can you help out with locating this interesting piece?
