When i put in a disk it says "An error has occurred.Press the Eject Button,remove the Game Disc, and turn the power off. Please read the Wii operations manual for more information." Why does this keep happening, how can i fix this. please reply

What cIOS do you have installed? It sounds like you may need to update to the newest cIOS.
