I am new to this eurovox lark and am finding it difficult to set up. I have been told that firmware is not working and so to do it manually but am finding this a challenge. I have set the box up in my living room and it says no or bad signal. What the hell is wrong with it? Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

1 of my 3 boxes came up with no signal yesterday. Same in 2 different rooms from 2 different feeds. I can't explain why it happened but a factory reset and power scan sorted that problem out.
Of course I still had to manually update the box to receive channels. ( please don't ask about that part ).
