Channels lost on Starview box version 2 & 3

Hi
I need help,, im on ntl/ virgin media in lincolnshire area & my box (version 2)& friends box (version 3) have stopped displaying channels... The system was zapped by virgin on 27 nov & since then all you get on screen is 'data updating'. Counter goes from 0% upto 150% then screen goes blank and counter restarts,,, mine has been doing this for over 24hrs,, Tried factory reset, reloaded software, rescanned for channels,, all channels names are showing but nothing is getting through,,, has anyone else had this,,,Is there a software update about or does anyone know if virgin have altered there security on cable ???
Any help would be appriecated

What a Joke, Why are some people so damn Thick!!!
Think the mods should ban any possibilty of opening a new thread and keep the top thread open till the fix is here.
If they dont understand the first thread and still ask for help then temp ban and a slap on the backside.lol

I'd go further mate, stop new registrations on the day boxes go down until the day the fix comes out.
Stops all the multiposting i'm not gonna read the forum rules and regs im just gonna fire in with my ersehole question.
