Hello all
i am new to this forum but have been checking out posts for a while.
my psp has recently been semi bricked. i am going to buy a pandora battery as none of my mates have custom firmware. i am not however going to buy a magic memory stick. i was wondering if that when i unbrick my psp (it has ofw) will i actually need a magic memory stick first to do this because i want to make my own. or does my psp NEED to be unbricked first to make the memory stick or can it simply be done by putting the nesecary files onto my memory card via PC. if not i guess i will have to buy a magic memory card. thankyou all help will be appreciated

No, your PSP system doesn't need to be unbricked first to make a Majic Memory Card. The only time that you need to have your PSP unbricked and have CFW on is to make your own Pandora Battery.

The files for the Magic Stick can be added to your memory card by buying or using any form of memory card reader that accepts PRO DUO memory sticks.
Good Luck,

You can also access your Memory card, only if you can Access the Recovery Menu and Have CFW on the PSP not OFW
Quote: To Access the Recovery Menu; do the following:
1. Shutdown PSP
2. Turn on PSP and hold down R shoulder
3. Go to enable USB

The only process that I know, Is that you will need to spend about $10.00 to buy a memory card reader to access your memory card files. Because I haven't heard of any process that allows OFW bricked PSP to access the memory card on the PC.
