hi

I got a mod xbox 360 and wondering if I went out and brought a xbox 360 game and play it online with my mod xbox, would I still get ban?

no one can answer that or give you any guarantees

you've violated all the terms of use with microsoft by modding the console ... that in and of itself is grounds enough to get your console banned... whether you are playing legit games or backups...

To be safe it would pay to get a unmodded xbox,The arcades are quite cheap even downunder,there's always the free xlink server tho i have no idea if it's a cheaters,hackers paradise...lol..
