Playstation Network Error Code 80023102

Trying to purchase Super Street Fighter II HD Remix off the Playstation Network for my PS3, but everytime I click 'buy now' or 'Add funds to wallet', I get this error message "80023102". Talked to Sony and they said it was a firewall setting in router and made me open a bunch of ports. All was done, still no luck. I decided to go straight through my High Speed Modem and same thing again. Called my High Speed provider and they have no firewalls setup between me and the internet. So i'm lost and so is Sony.

Any idea what this code is? Any idea how to get around it so I can play my all time favorite game??

Its a problem on sonys part, if you tried more then 3 times it will lock you out (altough it doesn't tell you!) and you have to wait 24 hours like you do if you try and share warhawk. retype your account info after 24 hours try again and if it doesn't work call sony.
