ive got a pal wii console running 3.1 firmware.

ive got the wii gator beta backup launcher installed.

just wanting to know, if i update to the gamma launcher can i just install the new Cios over the one that is installed now

Yeap it should install over the rev 6 cIOS.

If you want I have all the files HERE in this download.

All you need to do is delete all previous cIOS and boot loader files from the SD Card.

Then download the above file and extract it. Copy all the folders inside the boot loader gamma folder (the folders inside the boot loader gamma folder not the boot loader gamma folder itself) to the SD card root.

Place the SD Card into the Wii and start the hombrew channel. Choose the cIOS in the Homebrew Channel menu to install it.

Now use the new gamma boot loader via Homebrew Channel Menu to boot your backup games.
