Making magic memory stick

Hi, I'm new to this forum an all that. I'm trying to make a magic memory stick for my PSP Slim, which is on official firmware 3.60. I have already made the pandora battery, and I've tried various methods to making a magic memory stick. I first tried PSP deluxe, but I got an error saying "IPL injection failed" or something like that. I'm trying easy installer but it doesn't seem to work either.

I'm running Windows Vista 32-bit, and have easy installer on my PC right now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (Sorry if there was a similar thread like this, I was a bit lazy to check.)

Good luck... I'm modding my first PSP this weekend too.

I have read that Easy Installer works best on Windows XP. But, the real problems come when trying to run these installers on a 64-bit OS. So, I would think you should be fine on Vista 32-bit.

Just a thought... Have you tried running the program as administrator? That may help.

Yeah, I ran the program as administrator. The program itself works fine, but I think it might have to do with my OS, because usually XP owners don't get so much trouble. Oh, good luck with your psp over the weekend. :)
