Hey guys i have a Gateway 550gr and i am getting this illegal disc opperation when im trying to download .zip and iso files as well as .exe and .txt. I have updated the driver to 2.0t but get the same prompt from multiple programs. I am currently using Memorex 16x 4.7 GB DVD-R.

Here is what i am getting:

Try using 'Verbatim' disks, see if it makes a difference.
