I want to get a digital camcorder, but here are the specs I need.

I need:

Something that records great in low-light, preferably one that has a built in light, not that important, though. Just good in low-light.

One, that has excellent recording quailty, something 100Times better than analog HI8 Sony Camcorder that I have now.

One that the audio is excellent!

One that when I move it, it doesn't jump hardly at all if at all.

Now when you recommend a digital camera, recommend me a program to where I am able to make a movie or with GREAT DIGITAL EDITING FEATURES! A great program. My friend has Movie Maker, and he made a news program, I thought it was neat, I want a program where I can record my movie then take it off of my camcorder and do A LOT with it, transition effects and whatever else.
