Hey guys, let me start by saying how much I've always loved the forum.

Anyway, due to tuition bills, I have to sell my favorite modded console ever, my Wii.

I guess I'll go with Craigslist, but does anyone have experience with this? ie. should I avoid listing burnt games with it (pretty sure this is more illegal than merely selling a modded wii) and would meeting at a public location be best?

Does $500 seem too ambitious for a wii+80 games, ~30 vc games, niko charger?

Thanks all, I'm so bogged down with school I'm afraid of messing this up and don't want to go to jail, heh.

You can't sell backups, its illegal. However selling your modded wii isn't(IDK if its illegal to threw in backups, since your really wouldn't be selling them). It is a good idea to meet at a public location. As far as the price, I guess it depends on how rarely wiis are, how the economy is doing in your area and how big is the city your live in.
