Cannot Copy Hancock 1 Disc Unrated Edition?

I just borrowed Hancock from a friend and I LOVED it so I wanted to copy it. However, using DVD Decrypter with settings posted on a different forum by ScubaPete, I got no results whatsoever. The disc had minor scratches, so I ran it through a scratch doctor and it looks new and shiny. It still does not play though! Idk what to do about it and I really want this DVD =( It says something about "Check condition of disc" or something =S Help plz!

Sorry but we cannot help you with rented movies.
99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.

Yes you did, and posted no information or details as to where you were getting hung up until you started another thread (one which i'm sure will be closed soon)
