Have seen other person with same problem but can not see answer.
Previously (few months ago) asked for help but must have not explained myself clearly.. Have been using DVD Shrink since Jurrasic Period updated The DVD43 to newer version.
Now find nearly every movie I try to back up is not in sequential order. If I watch it on the PC it is fine. If I use the dvd it jumps from section to section and most of the time just repeats the
same scenes over and over. Am dumb founded as to what to do and have tried to down load other software. Mind you at my age I am happy to have just mastered the computer. Most of the other programs would tell me not enough disc space or for whatever other reason something would not work for me. Is it the DVD Shrink DVD43 4.1. (whatever version) or is it My Nero.

The only time I have ever seen this problem is when people use Nero 8 with DVD Shrink.

Plays ok on the pc but not on drive that you normally view the backups?

Sounds more like media issue or an issue with the drive=stand alone player=that you are viewing them on.

Test some of those backups on some other stand alone players,game consoles. See how they fare with them.

How fast you burning?
What version of Nero?
What blank media are you using? Brand name,format,and speed rate?
What's the make and model# of your dvd-rw drive?

Nero infotool should answer the last 2 questions. Also look for the MID code of your blank media and the firmware version of your dvd-rw drive using infotool.
