Hi, i have a genuine Starview 2 "THE BOX", and i'm going to update it hopefully if a fix becomes available, can someone confirm what version to download for this box, is it this...
Cryptstar - V1.4 genuine
If that's correct, do i then need to put Firmware 4.51 on aswell, or is that where i have to wait for the new firmware version and put that on instead?
Thanks

Yeah i am, i just wanna know do you just load the new firmware version or do you have to load the Cryptstar - V1.4 genuine aswell, that's the thing that's confusing me...

The v1.4 was for the SV1 genuine b0x only. Sit tight & wait for the firmware for the b0x, & we`ll then help you to flash the b0x.

The cryptstar is for the Starview 1 mate so dont put that any where near The Box.
Just keep checking back for the fix for The Box.

I dunno mate, i think you should try Automatic Scan, and they should appear there? That's what i've done, when i didn't have all the channels, and they reappeared...

The frequencies i have for BBC 1, BBC 2 are on 491.000
But i'm in London, so i'm not sure if these are any good to you.
Otherwise go through our channels on your Box, make sure there is definitely no BBC etc and the others you said, and then do another auto scan, that's how i've got channels back before, or you will have to ask someone who is in your area for the frequencies.
