This is basically what I want to ask. Is it possible to say...download a game or backup a game. Burn it to a Dual Layer DVD, put it in ur normal xbox 360, not modded in anyway, rip the files from that DVD to ur 360 hard-drive with the NXE rip tool, then run the game from ur HDD as normal? I was just curious as I thought about making a backup of some games and thought this could work.

And how do you do that? + can it get u banned from XBL?
You won't automatically get banned, but once you moddify that 360 in any way whether it be a firmware hack or chip to play burned games, you're at the mercy of Microsoft from that point on (so a ban is up in the air, you might you might not). Don't believe in the false hope that is being spread with "iXtreme"!
