for some reason my remote isnt woking and i can access any menus

ive changed the batteries twice now and still nothing... i ve checked to see if its working by pressing the buttons and viewing it through a digital camera...(if u know what i mean by that)

ive lost all my channels and all im gettin is a screen saying that the data is being updated and it has 0%, this eventually goes to 100% and tries to go to a channel and there is nothing, it then goes back to the screen saying the data is being updated.....this has been on a continuious loops since last night

i cant acces the secret menu to enter in the new code to get the channels

please please some one help :(

Unplug the b0x from the mains, open up the b0x (3 screws at the back)
Push down gently on the connectors (ribbons at the lcd screen) & see if that works.
