Just wondering if it was possible to burn games from friends and play them on Live without getting banned (if I do it right)?

if you do that there is no 100% safe way to keep you from getting banned. btw, they have been discussing this for years now, a simple search might've helped.

And one more question... if you get banned on an Xbox 360, can you just make a new account and start playing again? or do they ban Xboxes permanently of which you can do nothing about?

Your console is the one that get banned- not your account. So in order to get on Live again you will need to purchase a new console and sign on there.

You can unban your console, but that's almost as expensive as an original XBOX360 (If you you willing to pay for it that is).

Unbanning by yourself is alomst impossible.

From what I have seen the UNBAN is a scam. Plus as someone stated in a previous thread if there is a way to unban then M$ will find another form of punishment for flashed 360's and it wont be just a ban.
