WAD Manager 1.3 Error Code

Everytime I try to install a wad, it gets to Installing Tickets and then says Error Ret = -2011 (Not 1022)


What does this mean?

It means the WAD files can not be installed.

What firmware is the Wii on?

3.4... is there a way to downgrade from 3.4 and still be able to play newer games?

3.4 blocks WAD files from being installed. However there is a work around for this issue.

You will need to go HERE and follow the steps to get the Wii system back to a state that WAD files can be installed.

i did that... however if I try to play Animal Crossing, it tries to update the console.

You need to use WiiBrickBlocker the ISO before burning it so it disables the update.

Before asking what WiiBrickBlocker is and how to use it do a search to find out.

ok. well I got it to work by using Gecko OS... but for future reference... if I were to update to 3.4 with that workaround for wads... will it brick? Or just remove them

i don't know if it would brick or not. but could you explain what you got to work with gecko os? the wad install or the update block? thanks in advance

hi im having problems with my usa 3.1U wii when i try to install backup loader channel on it. when im loading wad manager 1.3..after i choose back up launcher 0.3 gamma ntsc and press A this appears.."installing title error (ret= -1029) appears. by the way,i've installed ciosrev7boot.dol & dvdx successfully before i installed "wad manager 1.3" any ideas what i did wrong? thanks in advance!
