Digivox XL firmware - help needed please

Hi All,

I am trying to update the most recent firmware for the Digivox XL, and every time I try using downloader 10 it just keep stelling me the flash has failed and do I want to retry. I am using the correct cabling I think RS232 female to female, one end connect to the Digivox the other connected to a USB to RS232 connector. Comms port is set to COM2.

Any advice would be gratefully received.
