Brick Blocker won't load

I'm trying to use Wii brickblocker V1.3R2. I've unpacked it but when I click the wii brickblocker icon to launch the prog all I get is a semi drawn window and my pc freezes.I'm using xp home and intel core2. Could it be a driver issue?

Make sure you have .NET Framework 2.0 or higher installed on the PC. You can download it through the windows updates.

Yep, I have .net 2 installed, did a fresh install of it a few days ago. So, any other ideas?
