Hello

I would just like to know what this means
when using a printer dock, use the 3:2 picture size setting.

I know this is to avoid cropping your picture, but what doe's the 3:2 mean.

6.2 MP (3:2)

hello again
If the aspest ratio of a rectangle is arrived at by comparing the lenght to the height, with a 4x6 print, this rectangle has two units
of height for every three units of lenght
...and hence has an aspect ratio of 2:3

could someone explain, the two units of height for every three units of lenght.

How do you arrive at "two units of height" for "every three units of lenght" and get 2:3.

The answer is probably is there in front of me, but can it be explained in a easier way .

Thanks for your time, in replying
