Suspended due to non-functional email address

When I open the program, the disc scans automaticly then the program disappears from the screen. I may have messed with the settings of source and target.
The target is C:\Documents and settings\Owner\Desktop\new movies.
Does anyone have an idea of what I am doing wrong?
