Cable 4000 Cannot Decode Card Problem

A Pace 4000 box comes up with error 11 then er16 then er 12 and then just stays there when switched on. I have been to eng menu and on card status says - cannot decode. i have removed red pin to reset the box and then reprogrammed net id but still no luck.
The box was fine until the cards went off. I have now updated the card with the new fix but box comes up with these errors. Any help most welcome.
