How to install m33 firmware from scratch?

Hi, can anyone please explain how I install m33 software onto my PSP from the very beginning, not just updating existing m33 firmware. I have searched forums and firmware sites for a tutorial but nothing so far has worked.

I have an old PSP like 2-3 years old I did have devhook firmware installed, but have now learnt that no one uses it anymore.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can explain how or even link to a tutorial site. :)

Well what firmware is your psp currently running? You mentioned that you were using devhook in the past, so is your psp still on 1.50 firmware? If so, then follow the guide found HERE to install your custom firmware from 1.50

If you happend to have updated your firmware from 1.50, then thats a different story. You will need to downgrade back to 1.50 somehow depending on what firmware you updated to. There is an excellent guide found HERE which will assist in your downgrading needs.
