I have a 3.1U Wii and a Wii-key 1.9s . I downloaded NTSC Mario Kart iso that was Cleaned with WiiScrubber 1.1Beta. It loaded in the wii menu but when when you clicked start you get error 001-can't read disk..
Could this be a bad burn(burned the same as other working backups) or do I need a wii update to play this? Thanks

#001 error is the detection of a modchip. Firmware 1.9s should have fixed this issue. But I have read some Wiikey users say they still get the #001 error every once in a while even with the updated Wiikey firmware. Try booting it a few times to see if you can get it past the #001 error.

You can also install the Homebrew Channel and use Gecko OS to boot past the #001 error.
