Serious Flash 0 bricking!

I have recently decided to screw around with my psp, but ended up deleting some files from the flash 0 menu, however when I go to the recovery menu and press enable usb, my computer recognizes it, but can't access it, and I therefore can't put in my old flash 0 files...

Did you go to recovery then advanced then toggle USB(flash0)?
