Hi all, This is the first time I've written into a forum, but I had so much hassle trying to solve problem, (it's sorted now), so I had to share it. Got virgin media line in Swansea area. All channels except freeview went off, now all are back on except setanta sports. All I did was switch my BOX SUPER on press MENU, (you'll see main menu page)then press 1570, to take you to next menu page, (called C.A.S. SYSTEM) it looks like. Then go down to NAGRAVISION, then OK. then NAGRAVISION menu pops up. It says the following on my page , in Swansea area, so hope it works for you.

(Tip - to press letters as well as numbers - pause, audio icons etc are each letters when you press them). It wasn't obvious to me at 1st.
Sorry to be so long, but this was all new to me, so once I'd sussed it I then wanted to make it user friendly for all user levels, to save you all time. Good luck all. Regards Corinne
Hi corrinne, what you have posted the key data are what as known as codes and you are'nt allowed post them on the forum, so probably best to remove, also there is a fix for your box so as you don't have to enter these codes, it can be found here http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/722659, ;)
