Ok..I'll start from the top.I burnt an image of GoW onto a dvd using DVD decrypter. And the game was working fine. I played it for a couple of hours till I reached the Temple of the Oracle and I saved it and stopped playing it for the day
So, today I decided to continue from where I had left off. But when I tried loading the game, nothing happened. It said "load complete" and it goes to this black screen and on the bottom right corner i get this "loading...." message. It stayed like this for a long time. I waited for like 5 mins and it loaded finally. The first time I played this, there was no problem at all
The first time I played this, there was no problem at all. It then goes into the cutscene where these harpies are flying about and they keep spawning from the hole in the wall. When I came here for the first time, the video played without a glitch. Thats when I decided to continue it later. So when the game finally loaded, I go back into the temple. But this time the cutscene is all screwed up. It pauses for a long time and breaks in between with this awful screaching sound
So I tried loading it again...but this time, the game never loaded even after 15 mins. So i decided to start from the beginning to see if this problem exists for a new game too. So I saved it at the first checkpoint (Near the legionaires on the ship), but this time, the game loaded without any problems (maybe it took a while longer than normal)
What do you think the problem could be? Please tell me how to fix. I wanna finish this game..and the story so far has been awesome
Ok..so I tried it again. This time the game loaded after a very long time. During gameplay, it tends to skip a bit. Even the ingame loading screens, for example- when you move from the road to athens to the town square, it takes a long time to load, but the game seems to work. But the long loading time is pissing me off. What could be the problem?Could it be the dvd?
