Hi everyone,
I use dvd2avi 1.76 + tmpgenc to convert my dvd to vcd.I now have a hard time removing these black bars from the screen.I select the source aspect ratio as centre and the black bars are gone but there are annoying lines which distort the picture quality....

Help On This Matter would be greatly appreciated ,
