corrupted data for saved game files??

I own Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII and I downloaded a saved game file fron 2 different websites and when I load them on my PSP it says they are corrupted. I have never seen this so I tried it on all 5 of my memory sticks. I can move my saved files from stick to stick no proplem. The file names are right. I even replace the contents of the files to the file I had already saved. Any help would be great. No hacks. Thanks!

Well it depends on if it is like US version or UK, you need to have the right version of save.
Also are you on a custom firmware or official because i was on 3.40 OE-A and all my saves were working, then i upgraded it to 3.90 m33-3, then thats when some saves like fifa 08 and medal of honour heroes 2 stopped working.
I cant remember but i think it said corrupted data or sometimes it says there isn't a profile been made.

I think it has to be the saved file I downloaded because all the other ones work for my other games.

NEVER replace anything in a savefile, even renaming. that will automatically corrupt it.
