Easiest Way To Convert A MKV 1080p DTS File To MP4?

can anyone tell me in detailed step by step how to do this? i need it to run on XBOX360 of course but I don't know how to go about converting this and running it on there. i tried XenonMKV but it didn't work. i think it was cause of the DTS track the file contains. I know XBOX 360 doesn't support DTS but I know there is a way around it. To convert it to AC3 i think. Anyway i also tried the bottom link fellow member "elgholm" posted but i couldn't get it to work right. BTW i have gotten other mkv's to be converted into mp4's in the past. this is just my first DTS MKV to mp4 attempt.
