Trouble ripping Dark Knight...

I'm having trouble ripping Dark Knight. It basically loads up, says "Parsing file system", gets up to VTS_05.IFO and freezes... It won't get past that point... Something with VTS05... I tried DVD Decrypter, Rip It 4 Me, and DvdFab5 HD... can anyone help?
