Can someone please help me? I've tried sourcing info on the net but nothing seems to be working.

I've got QT pro 7. I have several QT mov files that were created using xd cam transfer direct from the camera. When I try to view them, the picture is distorted with a big line through the middle. I'm guessing I am missing a codec but not sure which one. I have installed all the codecs on the apple QT components page but it still doesn't work. The sound works fine, its just missing half of the picture.

On the file it says... mpeg HD original format. does anyone know what I need to be able to view these files?
