I ordered an Aladin chip and its been awhile and I havent got it and I heard they werent very good. So should I cancel and buy a different one? If so what kind? Are aladin's any good? thanks for any help

all modchips are basically the same they all allow you to do the same thing. its the hacked bios that make the difference. the hacked bios are what allow you to play your legally backed up games. these bios include the xecuter 4981 and EvoX M7 i think.

What's better? How good are you with a soldering iron?

That's all it comes down to!

I'm not very good and thought i had fried my xbox, but it's in and done. If i was doing it again a solderless solution would be cool and would have taken about 1/10th the time to install.

As for Bios/Dash, I like EvoX on both fronts!!
