Is this a good Build for under 300? Keep in mind that I have a cd/dvd drive a 80 gb HDD and a ATI 3650 Graphics card here already.
Just wanted to know if this build could use some help.
Thanks

one more thing, I notice my cpu dosent come with a fan/heatsink... What would be a good cheap fan because I cant even tell what kind of fan will fit in my motherboard. Do all fans need thermal paste cause some fans dont have screws or latches (I dont want that kind of fan)

Still no link. You haven't made the wishlist public, only you are allowed to view it.

In short no, it's a **** build.
Biostar make decent enough motherboards these days, but I've no idea how good the 740G chipset is. The Athlon X2 is the only solid part in the system. Rosewill PSUs are absolute deathtraps, Xion cases are poorly made, poorly designed and poorly cooled, and A-Data RAM is just generally cheap and I'm pretty sure it doesn't have the warranty that proper brands have. Considering that most Corsair RAM is less than 30 bucks after rebates, there's no reason not to use it instead.

ok, based off the rating/price ratio I'm going to have to stay with the RAM and the PSU.. sorry Im on a budget.. but I will take your advice and change the case. any recommendations for a good case 70$ or less? and last what would be a good CPU fan that fits my motherboard, because I plan to OC my cpu to about 3.0.
thanks

No, or else your PC WILL catch fire. Most Rosewill PSUs do. There's simply no reason to risk your house and your life, when you can buy this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371005
380W is ample for that system, and unlike the Rosewill, this unit isn't life-threatening.
(You can laugh but people have been killed in housefires caused by low cost Power supplies before, and certainly I know dozes of people who's entire PCs have been destroyed (and that is not covered under a PSU's warranty)
An X2 is way too much power for a Rosewill 500W, they can typically only produce 130-160W at best, and an X2 system often uses up to 200 if not more.
A-Data RAM is not inherently bad, but you're not buying a quality product. You'll live with cheap RAM, but for god's sake, buy a proper PSU.

If I remember rightly, it's been around even longer than the Freezer 7.
