Hi,

I had recently purchased a psp slim (God of war edition), and after 1 month i had moded it to 3.71 m33 2 - further i had upgraded 4.01 m33 2 (after 1 month of playing on 3.71). Now here starts my problem.

I dowloaded Silent Hill - Origins and on 4.01 m332 it doesn't run the game just hangs and then my psp just turns off.

I was playing Manhunt 2 from my memory stick on 3.71 m33 2 and it was working fine, however I shifter to 4.01 m33 2 and then the game frezes.

Then I downloaded Defjam figh for New York, I finished the game (the entire game) with firmware as 4.01 m332 and then I turned off my psp, later when I try starting the game it says "80020148 the game could not be started".

Also I downloaded Spiderman (forgot the name) - but the game dosen't start.

Final Fantasy crisis core however seems to be working find on 4.01.

Guys, lpplease suggest what is the best course of action.

Should I revert back to 3.71?

yeah. It seems that 3.71 m33 works for you. There really is no difference between the firmwares. All you want it to do is play games for you!

Did you try changing the UMD ISO Mode to M33

When in the XMB press SELECT to bring up the VSH menu. Go down to UMD ISO Mode and change it to M33 Driver.
