How to Install SIMPORT

hi there , i wanted to import my simcontact to my iphone using SIMPORT , but i don't know how to get it installed on the Phone .
tried adding the ifon URL to the Installer Source , But there is no INTERNATIONAL category , Only NORWAY and THEME , and SIMPORT is in any of them .
wanted to ask if there was any alternate way to install this program using IphoneBrowser ?
Tried the IBRCKr thing but it kept telling me to restart the phone again and again !
the phone is a 3G one , and FW is 2.1
