Have flashed 2 of my starview1's with the new firmware, and both say API ver: 4.00e_E in System information, and aren't updating so

Can could someone tell me that has flashed a starview1 today, what their system information says please?

The API is 4.00e_E
Boot Version 7.0 And 7th June 2007

Make Sure EMU Is Turned ON...

I've Got It Loaded On My Starview 1 Update Working (Didn't Need To Rescan For Channels)...

Here's The Firmware As Packs, Each With The GTROM Loader For Ease Of Use...

Extract
Run The GTROM Loader
Select The .Bin File In The Extracted Folder
The Hit Download To The STB
