HI I LIVE IN DUBLIN AND I KNOW EVERYONE IS GOING ON ABOUT THIS BUT I NEED THE NEW SOFTWARE AS ALL GOT SCRAMBLED TODAY CAN ANYONE HELP

thanks are you able to tell me how i fnd out if i need eurovox 1 or 2 firmware.............my box was updated few months ago and was all good no codes needed or anything but went today
