[Help] Upgrade from 3.40 OE-A to 5.00 M33-4

Hello,
I have a psp with custom firmware 3.40 OE-A and I wish to upgrade it to 5.00 M33-4. What steps do I have to take? Can I just upgrade it directly by first updating it to 5.00 M33 then adding the M33-4 Upgrade?

yeah just download the update and extract it to your psp/game folder and run it

Not too sure on that one, I was informed that it was better to update to 4.02 M33, then up to 5.00M33. I havent heard anyone just hoppin straight up there. If you do it with no problems lemmie know.

I don't really think it matters, you can at least try it , it wont brick it or anything.
